Privacy is our upmost concern. We do not use tracking cookies, IP logging or any other means to identify you personally while you are browsing this site or any affiliated eclusier website.

The only means of identification is voluntary, should you wish to contact us on the Contacts page. In that instance your email address is requested so that we might reply, if required. We do not employ any mechanism to verify that the address you supply is valid and/or registered to you.

We will not pass on any of your details to any third party.

The Eclusier Gallery requires registration but is provided as a free forum and convenience for registrants. It is moderated against profanity and spam but not freedom of expression, within taste guidelines. We reserve the right to remove posts and restrict upload access to the gallery without notification if the moderator considers your conduct to be in breach of our guidelines. In such instances the moderator will be happy to answer your questions.

The point is that we want to encourage participation and community and we would ask that as a member of that community you will act in its best interests. In the first instance we will always trust you to do so.

That’s why we’re keeping this policy to a few short sentences and not a scrolling compendium of restrictions.
