Born in Krivoi Rog, Ukraine  on April 16th 1978 Janina has lived in Latvia since 1986 and in Riga, the Capital of Latvia, since 2004.

In 2000 she left the Lipeya College of Applied and Decorative Arts as a Designer.  In 1995 Janina started working in graphic art, specifically illustrative graphic art, genre and portrait painting.  The given works are dedicated mainly to the illustration of folk-tales, myths and literary figures.
